Designed for intermediate and advanced-level students "De Cine" highlights a number of features of the Spanish culture using excerpts from modern Hispanic films. The film material illustrates the use of language in real communicative situations and in authentic socio-cultural contexts and can be used to develop the four key language skills. It includes extracts from films, such as "Todo sobre mi madre" by Pedro Almodóvar, which have received large audiences in recent years.
