Steve is a trainer with an international reputation with many years experience in secondary schools, local authorities, modern languages teacher training and in delivering courses and conferences on the following themes:

- Transforming learning in the primary school

- Creative activities for language learning in KS3 & KS4

- Leadership and team building

- Training skills for the trainer

- Pupil behaviour management

He is also a Trust Consultant with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust. Steve was awarded the Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Government in 1999 in recognition of his contribution to French language teaching over many years.
