The European Bookshop, London - Spanish Assistant
We will shortly have a vacancy for an assistant in our Spanish department. The essential requirements are: spoken and written Spanish to degree standard, a good knowledge of Spanish and Latin American literature, excellent spoken and written English, and some familiarity with computers. Previous bookselling experience would be a great advantage, and another European language would also help.

European Schoolbooks, Cheltenham - Marketing Assistant
We will shortly have a vacancy for an assistant in our marketing department, to help our existing very busy team and eventually to develop our Russian and Eastern European languages catalogue. The essential requirements are: excellent spoken and written English (probably as mother-tongue), spoken and written Russian to degree standard, a good knowledge of Russian literature, and some familiarity with computers. Any other European languages would be a great advantage.
